Thanks! I'll probably cheat and use pics from the appraisal to start, but once I've got the mural and yard in progress I'll definitely want to record the evolution. :)

Congrats on the good news.

I just paid off my house on monday, which was also my 5 year anniversary at the shop as well as my nephews 18th birthday.

Awesome! I can't believe you got that paid off so quick! Congrats! My goal is to be debt free except for mortgage in the next couple of years.

And damn, I can't believe your nephew is 18 already. Does he still want to be a Jedi? :D
