The world fell to pieces all around. But the block of Leonard Klemp was oddly intact. In fact, this little neighborhood would be oddly well preserved even if it wasn't the last area standing at the end of the world.
The shingles were well hung, the trees were perfectly groomed, every lawn was neatly trimmed.
And with good reason. Leonard was always watching.
