I so look forward to that first "real" day of Spring, when I can open all of the windows in the apartment and put all of the winter coats, boots, scarves and hats upstairs in the closet.
It's one thing I'm really not going to miss when I skedaddle out of here this May, the retarded weather. I mean yeah it's probably going to be only slightly different if I end up moving to Vermont but at least I know for a fact that it's gonna be like that. Here it's just schizophrenic >:[
Rochester has me generally frustrated lately. My biggest gripe right now is that it's terribly boring here. However, going a couple hrs in any given direction gets you to some pretty wicked cool places, so maybe I am just cranky for no reason. If it wasn't for my career and Andrew's career, we'd go somewhere else, but no way we're leaving a sure thing right now.
I don't mind changing seasons as long as there's a definite beginning and end. Rochester is such a crapshoot, especially for GOOD weather. We do have really nice summers, but they are so short compared to winter it's not much of a trade off. It needs to go on medication, or something.
At the end of May RUN...and think of us sometimes. We will miss you here in crazy town.

Amazing!
You definitely have SOME kind of divine intervention working for you there.
GOOD LUCK!
