"Literally." It means, actually, it means something that is completely true, as in,"I literally spent half the night in the studio on Saturday" or "the fainting goat literally fainted with surprise. "I was there from about 8:45 until 2:15 or so; the goat really did faint. Literally does not mean very, or a lot, or seriously. So you cannot say
