Storms and vitamin D

Last night we had a gentle rolling thunderstorm. It was the kind that starts with a low rolling gutteral growl and never really gets violent or scary. The rain came straight down in sheets, soaking the land and making the sweet corn stand up and dance. The whole time I heard Enya's Storms in Africa in my head and couldn't help but smile. Everything does look misty fresh, doesn't it?

I keep forgetting to take my vitamins - I have a glucosamine-chondroitin-MSM syrup that I should take, plus a women's health one. I'll go and take them now!

I'm starting to wonder if I should try some glucosamine too. Maybe it would help these old lady hips of mine??

I think it's helping me - my hands have felt a little stiff lately too. I have an old lady hip too - just the one, annoyingly!

You're gonna laugh when I tell you what the secret is... poo. Lots and lots of poo.

There's 2 years worth of composted horse, goat, and chicken poo in there which helps a whole lot.

Good for you for trying! Whatza got in there? Are you now a partially reformed former veggie hater?
