Heard on Twitter this evening that people were getting football tickets on Eventeam. Decided to give it another go, entered my email address and password...and was met with my old friend the 'erreur de connexion' message. Then set up a new account with a different email address, and got let in! Succeeded in buying a ticket for the two games at ( Read more... ) -

First thing this morning, and at work on a coffee break and at lunch time (didn't bother wasting the whole sodding lunch break this time, at least) I got to the front page of the French site - only to, once again, get bounced out with an 'erreur de connexion' every time I entered my email address and password ( Read more... ) -

Keyed out at work a couple of times, and wasted my entire lunch break, trying without success to log into the French Olympic ticket website. To Andover this morning, where Laura O had assembled a team of Hawk girls to play in a charity six-a-side tournament. Exactly six players had been available and willing for this one, so we had no luxury of substitutions, and none of our players was a goalie. Installed the new Internet Explorer 9 last night, but after working fine for the first few minutes, ever since then it's been extra super slow loading pages (if it loads them at all). So I'm back on Firefox.
Drove to Southampton with all the unwanted CDs I didn't sell at the boot sale, a few DVDs and loads of VHS tapes, to flog them at the Cash ( Read more... ) -

It is gout. The doctor said many sufferers get away with just one bad flare-up in their lifetime, but to contact her for treatment if it does flare up again. -
