So frustrating when your well-laid plans for a day off go awry thanks to an uncooperative roomie. (For me, it's usually uncooperative hubby, so I can relate.)

Job possibilities are sounding good! I will keep my fingers crossed for you. And the only good thing about unemployment is the free time, at least in my state; the compensation is a paltry fraction of a real income. Just an fyi; your state may vary.

I still say you should just have a "come to Jesus" meeting and be like, "Ok, so, we don't like you, and we think you should start looking for somewhere else to live." Ultimately, no one wants to be where they're not wanted.
