I feel somewhat lost lately, like everything I used to believe is changing and not changing. I feel like I'm standing still and going backwards and everything is so rushed and confusing. And it seems the only peace I have is that I find in nostalgia and denial...

At least know that you're not the only one who's like this. Sometimes that sort of change can terrify me.

mmmmm.....nostalgia can be fun, but i prefer to just be happy with life now, because you can't go back, no matter how much you want to. what's done is done.
