To them, they enjoy spreading fear and panic. Killing them once and brought back, they would be afraid again. They find it to their liking. Unlike Contractors, Contractors can kill because they feel no remorse for their crime.

That's why B plays his game.

B...he is no contractor yet he is able to do so much damage...

Humans...I do not understand. They...enjoy peace and tranquility but...they wish for chaos as well. Why?
