Ugh, Goddamn being sick.

A few weeks ago, I went into my local Gamestop and made the manager's day. On top of trading in five games; F.E.A.R., Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, and The Orange Box on 360 and Archer Maclean's Mercury and Guilty Gear Judgment on PSP. The more I play the RE5 demo, the more my thoughts about the game swim around...

It wasn't until a year ago or so that I even entertained the notion of trading my games in. Even if I only got to a third of them, I loved having a big, giant collection. But eventually I accepted that the games I wasn't playing could be put to better use; it also helped put my mind at ease when I thought of it as my giving up ownership of a game is also granting somebody else the opportunity to enjoy it.

'Til the end of Time made me so upset, especially that stupid turtle mine cart racing bullshit. *shakes fist* I'm hope, hope, hoping SO4 doesn't have any crap like that tucked away inside it.

After seeing a trailer fro the new Friday the 13th movie last night and seeing the release date of Februaruy 13th, I smiled and thought, "The real Friday the 13th is in March..."

I still remember watchign E3 with you, John and Conrad and after seeing the release date for RE5, I called my local GameStop and asked if I could pre-order it yet. "Even if you aren't lying, we won't have it in the system until tomorrow." That was a blast. I can't wait for March. If January is any indication of how fast this year will dissolve, I'll be playing it soon enough.
