As far as work, that happens. They usually seek out the best and say "Hey you, smart person. Do this!" I speak from experience. As far as going to AFO, I encourage you to go on the basis that I will be hosting at least one panel and have a crazy game show outfit in the works. As far as moving to Jacksonville, by all means see what you can do. I'm sure someone in either of those places has something open for you.
