Are you also using Comcast for your cable service?

I've been noticing some really crappy connection speeds, too, plus some outages last week. If you are, maybe I need to call them and complain...

Yes, we are! But this is beyond just outages, I think. Being connected for 10 minutes of very slowwww internet, only to lose connectivity completely is ri-donk-ulous.

BTW, Ellie "borrowed" a cup of your internet connection while she was at our place last night. This amused us both greatly.
