Minnie news, etc.

The vet's office called yesterday. It's a tumor of mast cells. It is currently benign, but what we got from the vet's message was that the cells could mutate if they are not removed. After reading this website, I wonder if what they actually meant was it could end up causing Minnie a whole bunch of pain and complications if we leave it alone. I ( Read more... )

Maybe I'm allergic to methylparaben or microcrystalline cellulose. I mean, how the hell would I know?

I'm glad it was benign! Based on that website it sounds like a really good prognosis. I hope you both feel better soon! *hugs*

*hugs* That is a scary place to be in with Minnie. Hopefully the surgery will take care of the issue for her.

I've found with over the counter meds that if I use either the dye free/additive free or the the ones for diabetics that there is a lot less extra crap in them.

Excellent advice. My luck so far has been with children's meds... taken at half dose. My body just doesn't tolerate much.

We are of the opinion that your every available cat-moment should be spent with Miss Kage. We were considering asking A-, C- or LA. And now we have confirmed that Minnie can wait until the day after we return for her surgery.
