My chiro is also really awesome: Jeff Potts @ http://www.bayareabackpain.com - 408-866-0300. He (or one of the other docs there) will do an exam and x ray to see exactly what's going on before even attempting to do anything. I <3 them.

In addition to chiropractic, check out the Upledger craniosacral therapists in your neighborhood. It's very subtle, totally non-invasive and very effective. :-)

ow ow ow OW!! That sucks - wish we could have gotten you at Shoreline and seen the relations. I had no idea that they sell not one, not two, not three, but SIXTEEN different wines by the bottle at Shoreline. (Want Pinot noir? OK, you want the Sterling or the BV Coastal?)

Plus, George Takei is never not entertaining. I would pay for that donk to record my voice mail messages.

Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! We need to tip up some mint julep and Guinness 250 =)
