What would Fuyuki do if he ever managed to actually get Fuuta in the sack?

Also, will he ever see his family again?

Actually, he would probably step back right now. When he started picking on Fuuta it was for fun, and if he managed to get him at the time, he would have just took advantage of the situation and be happy with it, possibly making fun of Fuuta after it, too.
Now it's different because he's starting to see Fuuta more as a person rather than someone to have fun with. He would be tempted but in the end, he would step back because Fuuta actually accepting would confuse him a lot. Also, he would be afraid that by doing that they would become closer, or that he would feel closer to Fuuta and he would probably try to prevent him. There's a good possibility that after running the hell away, he would try to avoid him as much as possible.

He doesn't plan to, and with the exception of his sister, he probably never will. His parents don't care about him, and he doesn't care about them either.
If he were to meet them, tough, he probably would get a bit depressed.

His initial reason was because he thought Fuuta was funny, because his reactions were amusing, and because going out with a teacher is totally cool.
Right now, more than actually date him he just wants to spend time with Fuuta because he likes talking with him and he feels that Fuuta can actually understand his feelings, but he also likes him a liiiittle.

And no, he has no hopes for the future but that's something that's changing a bit, especially after his talk with Ren he has considered becoming a teacher.
