the things that you've described are (imo) spot on... "The rules against them should not be abolished just so people do not feel bad about committing them." the horrible things commited by mankind have been foretold to happen... 2 timothy 3:1-5, matthew 24:3-14... things are getting worse, the standards of right and wrong should not and have not changed, mankind in general has... things will only be allowed to get only so far, then as prophesy has stated, there will be a housecleaning; daniel 2:44, psalms 37:10,11.

I know this is a little off topic, but do you know of other verses that prophesy of other signs that will occur before the second coming? I know there are some in the gospels but I feel like there is something else that I am missing.
