I know it's been a while since you posted this, so hopefully, some of this stuff with you and Daniel has been resolved. But, I wanted to give you some advice about it anyway, just in case. First of all, don't beat yourself up for lashing out. It happens to the best of us, and he's not living up to his end of the bargain either (like you said). Secondly, I know from experience that sometimes, the best way to get attention from a guy is to stop giving attention to him. As soon as I stopped nagging Donnie and stopped attempting to spend time with him, he realized that he missed me. So, we spend more time together now. Find other things to preoccupy your time. Hang out with friends, go to the mall, volunteer for a good cause... Do something just for you. That way, even if he doesn't get over his stupidity, you have something fulfilling in your life that's all yours.
