Janie Beth made a deal with her daddy that if she pulled all A's this year, she could color her hair this summer.  She pulled all A's like a boss. Take THAT seventh grade.

So here she is with her newly purple hair, somewhere between 13 and 30. I love this girl. I have no idea what I did to deserve her, but I am so proud, y'all. Just wanted to share

And dear God, 7th grade?!?!? I know I say that each time, but where in the world does time go.

I love that she's smart and independent! She gets that from you, you know!

I will tell her! And yes, she just finished 7th grade. She's going to be an 8th grader this year and will be housed over at the high school. The HIGH SCHOOL. Wtaf is that about??? Eighteen year olds, need not apply.

She is smart and independent and moody and so, so hilarious. And fannish! Right now, she's big time into various manga things. It was Hetalia for the longest time, and she still will spiral down a rabbit hole telling me about relationships with the countries/people. I just let her go. I know it's not as important that I understand it, just that I am interested in hearing her talk about it.
