 I'll be in New York City on Saturday. I know it's cold but explain to me HOW cold? Is it cold enough to wear tights and suede boots or is it more of a long-johns and jeans with smartwool socks and winter boots cold?

it's supposed to be like 20 on saturday. when you walk around your face will just hurt. that kind of cold.
