I haven't truly met a Final Fantasy game that I flat out didn't like. Granted, I am not entirely sure the X-2 is a FF game, but I got trapped by the romantic plot and therefore must finish it when we get a working copy

Just came across your post in a moment of random clicking and thought I may dd my two cents if allowed... but seen as how I'm still typing I guess its ok for me to impose...

Firstly I like you fellinto the pit fall trap that was FFX-2 although I do try to regain some kudos by saying I bought it for a pound ^_^ thank you friend loan. Silly game was rubbish I spent most of my time finding bloody cactuars.

Anyway perhaps you enjoy the romantic aspect of FFVIII as it was one of the best beside X but X-2 spoils it, at least you havnt gotten the common "FFVII is the best blah blah" opinion. Kudos to you.
