He's funny, creative, can COOK, is brilliant with science and literature, just to name a few things.

Yeah, I don't watch FoodNetwork too often, but i was watching some shows of his this morning. Just had to post about it.

I am a total Alton Brown Fangirl...I'm always saying "well Alton says...", I watch Good Eats RELIGIOUSLY, most new recipes I try are his (his French Toast and 40 Cloves and a Chicken are my faves), and the next cookbook I buy has to be one of his.
He's just, like, wow.
I wish he and I were both single.

AMEN my sisters! Alton Brown is a god. I've got one of his books signed, and my dad has the other two. By now I can see the first five seconds of a show and generally immediately know if I've seen it. Such good material, advice, truely a man of wisdom.
