I have never in my life hated a company as much as I hate Verizon. My dad had a phone in my name once and went thru some bullshit of them claiming he owes them an extra $297 and though it was all sorted out, when I called Verizon a year later to set up another phone line, they told me I owed them some ridiculous amount of money. Thank god my dad still has the e-mails from when he disputed it, b/c it's the only thing that's gonna save my ass lol.

But yeah Verizon hates their customers, apparently. No convenience or courtesy. The last time I had service from them, it worked for a day. We called them and they said they'd send a repair man out, but he never showed up. Nothing but asshats if you ask me :)

They are second only to Sprint for me. They were at least curteous with all their bajillion mix ups. Seriously, it's been bad from day one. If Spyder wasn't so happy with the interent speed I would just go back to Bright House and get cable and internet for just a bit more than what we're paying for internet now. They have five stores in Tampa but none in st. pete. They mixed up our set up date twice! When the guy came he thought he was there to set up a dvr and cable. We were like "Uh.. no... cable and internet" He was there until after one trying to set us up. he was suppose to be there at 12 but wasn't able to show up until 5 or 6 because for some dumb reason they had a repair guy travel from another damn city to hook us up. They kept asking if TAMPA rd was in Safety Harbor or something. They kept forgetting to refund us money they owed us. I asked to have bills mailed to me instead of automatically taking it out of my account. They never did. They gave us wrong estimations for the cable and internet twice. It went from "probably $
