I am home, warm with working hot water and food. Looks like I'll be stuck in for NYE. Just shoveled and I don't want to go out driving in this weather, even if the party is in the same city. Now if I could still walk to it I'd be there now.

Happy New Year! I'm spending it at home (unexpectedly!) Tomorrow for the new year my plans are: Trip to London: Take:Two!

You are smart to stay home this evening -- I'm sure the roads are awful. Here's hoping for many enjoyable events in 2009! (when the roads aren't full of ice and snow. :-) )
