People, it's time to unleash the cold hard slap of common sense. If someone calls your cell phone and you see that you have a missed call and a voicemail, LISTEN TO THE DAMN VOICEMAIL BEFORE YOU CALL BACK! Why would someone bother leaving you a detailed message if they could just give it to you when you see the missed call from them? I am so sick

that is SO me. I never check my voicemails because I just get annoyed that anyone has left me a voicemail when I can obviously see that they called. But most the time, the message they leave is like "Hey, it's me. Just wanted to see what was going on. Give me a call." I hate listening to that!

this was my hugest pet peeve at my old job. the caller ID on their phone would come up as the main #, so they would either get myself or one of the other admin when they called back. hello? i am not the amazing kreskin; i do NOT know which of the 25 recruiters here called you. if you can't take ONE MINUTE out of your life to listen to a voicemail, you don't deserve to get a fucking job from us. end of story.

the other thing i hate is when people call ME and don't leave me a voicemail. i got the service for a reason! if you don't leave me a voicemail...you don't get a call back. that's my rule.
