So far I've looked into:
* HP Slate - Didn't look too deep, because it's Windows.
* Dell Streak - They haven't shown anything larger than an iPhone, and I already have an iPhone.
* Compal Tablet - Bad UI reviews, no mention of pressure-sensitivity. Runs Android.
* Notion Ink Adam - Multi-touch, but not touchscreen (and not pressure-sensitive), so I might as well get a MacBook and get more functionality.
Which means based on my parameters, the iPad still looks like the best contender.
There's also the Flash issue, but nothing except Windows boxes have Flash yet. Android will supposedly have Flash this year, but it doesn't yet, and I expect Apple to have Flash within 1.5yrs of Android having it.
