Really, I think my opinion will change once I know what the items are, because the sodium is awfully high on B, hence I went with A, but the sugar seems high on A... So I had a hard time choosing, so I went with lower sodium because it was SO much lower. :\

Item B is roughly equivalent to 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

The amount of sodium in item B got me too, but I wasn't really happy with the sat fat concent or the high carbs in item A.
Hard choice.
I think I'll just have an orange!

It would totally depend on what the items were. There are some foods I will always pick, even if the other choice is a little bit better for me.

I'm sure that there are plenty of things I eat that have that much fat per serving, but I dont want to know what they are!

If I had to compute the nutritional value of everything I ate, i'd probably starve to death before I ate anything.

As a small teaser, Item A can be made to order to have another 300 calories. B can be customized somewhat to add a goodly number of calories as well.
