A New Phase

Jun 18, 2006 11:58

Sunday June 18, 2006 ~11:55 pmI don't really know where to start. I haven't posted an entry in over half a year. I'm not the same person I was before. So much has happened and it's hard to explain where I am now without explaining where I've been. Last fall, thanks to a lot of things going on from all directions, I was going through the deepest ( Read more... )

Glad to see you around again hon. I've missed reading your journal. Mine has primarily become a training journal as well :) Please if there is anything I can do, just ask.

At least 5 hours?! Jesus...I'd die with less than 5 all the time. Thankfully I have no schedule or structure so I get plenty of sleep.

Good luck with these goals, they should help a lot. I'm learning a ton about diet (not things I wanted to know) but they are making a big difference in my body. If you want to learn more, I'll be updating my journal with the new stuff I learned today, in addition to the basic rules from a few days ago. I think you'll find it really helps your body.

Take care!

Well, my next goal is getting at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but I wanted to start off being realistic. =oP Looking forward to reading your journal entry. =o)

6 is a valiant goal :-)

And I misspoke, I meant my blog, as I don't update my lj. blog is at butchjax.wordpress.com. ;-)

I'll have to catch up there eventually. I usually just check my LJ Friends list.

Its great to see you posting again, I am sorry though to hear of your troubles though I did know about some of them. I saw your photos at the PA gathering and thought you looked relaxed and happy (like all the rest of the people there) so hope that you enjoyed that.

BTW, PA looks beautiful. I was wondering why you were all inside and not out under the trees!

Yeah, you were definitely one of the people who helped me through this too. And I definitely enjoyed the PA Gathering. We were mainly indoors because it was very cold and windy most of the weekend so it was easier to have the workshops inside. Although we did do a lot of things outdoors as well such as enjoying the energy at the outdoor chapel, feeling the energy vortexes at the memorial, visiting and climbing "Grandmother Tree," and making s'mores. I'll hopefully write a journal entry update about all the PA Gathering events soon. =o)

Definitely glad to see you posting again. Maybe we can run into each other sometime on AIM too. ;)

I was thinking about you last night - was playing a video (word) game and kept spelling "Moony." Hehehe.

Hehe. Thanks, I'm glad to be posting again too. =oP Hopefully we'll catch each other on IM sometime. Although I'm usually invisible and I think you usually are too, so it makes it difficult. =oP I do appreciate all the chats we've had over the past half a year. They helped me through this too. *Hugs*

We'll have to randomly look for our invisible selves, I guess. ;)

5 hours? That's it? I get like...Nine a night, and sometimes that doesn't even seem enough. But at least five is good, I guess. Better than "no more than five." Welcome back.

Thanks! Yeah, 5 really isn't enough for me either, but there are only so many hours in a day and sleep usually falls low on the priority list. I'm working to make it a higher priority, though. Ideally, I think I need at least 7-8 hours to function properly.
