I'm sorry you're going through such a rough patch. This might be of no help at all but the line about wanting to get rid of some junk made me think of what I know grad students always do when stuff accumulates and money does the exact opposite...ebay. You can make a pretty good return and it's painless if it's stuff you don't want anyway.

In any case, I hope things turn around soon. Keep on hanging in there and good luck!

eBay noted... provided I can still get on to list! A few years ago, though, the seller rules changed to discourage small- time sellers (hello? Basis of the business?) and I rarely get on anymore, lest I see something I Gotta Have.

Anyway. Yes. And other stuff goes to Goodwill.

There might be some interesting stuff that I haven't found, too.

You mentioned the car issue earlier, and I sympathize with you on the money issue. I think Luna's ebay idea might be worth a shot. And depending on what kind of "junk" you have it might be worth quite a bit of money to the right person.

Yeah, never enough $, except now there really isn't... eBay is always an option, I just gotta find the neat stuff and make sure I can still post stuff.
