I am splitting out my fandom interests and my writing interests more strictly going forward. That doesn't mean I won't talk about writing here or I won't talk about some of my favorite shows/movies/fandom in my writing accounts. They've been blending too much and I just like to have separate places where I can focus better. Sometimes you just want

Oh nice. I will add you back.

I felt like I was stuck between the two: I feel a successful writer needs to show some personality and showcase some of their interests. But if my professional accounts are just me squeeing over this and that, then it drowns out my writing persona. And there are times I want to squee and repost, and it was holding me back.

So now I get freedom with my writing persona and freedom with my fandom persona. Win-win!
