So, er. Apparently I sort of ship Luck and Eve? Apparently I sort of ship Luck and Eve. I'm not sure exactly how this happened. I blame it on the fact they inexplicably remind me of Delita and Ovelia, just in the 1930s (?), better adjusted (?!), and less likely to shoot each other in the face (?!?!?!). Anime canon to be safe (sort of), post-series

I totally ship Luck and Eve! This is a good pairing. I love this; it captures them both really well. ♥

I didn't even consider Luck and Eve at all when watching the series, but now that I have, it totally works. I definitely see the resemblance, too ♥ Eve always struck me as a great character by herself, as well. It's nice to see her in fic.

Oh, oh, you must read the novels. YOU MUST! Eve is amazing! They short-changed the connection between her and Luck (her and the Gandors in general, really) in the anime a lot, much as I love it. You can find translation here, and 1932: Drugs & The Dominos is particularly pertinent.

I ship these two much too much, and I'm always happy to see stuff written for them. Oh, they're so formal here ("Miss Geonard," and, "Mr. Gandor"), and yet so intimate. Aw, he remembers her birthday. For some reason, I have in mind the feeling of an older married couple. Loved it!

This whole thing is excellent, but I especially love the paragraph about Luck taking Dallas' clothes, and all the subtleties there about Luck and Eve both.
