so i tried this yoga/pilates type class today   and i'm too competitive for my own good sometimes.    with my gymnastics background i have excellent balance   so i kinda like blowing people out of the water in the balance portion especially during my first class. although i haven't done a yoga class since i was in Madison and it's been eons longer ( Read more... )
