so.  Six months ago the bank foreclosed on our home and we were forced to move out.  We were informed that entering the premesis would be tresspassing.

Now, six months later, they have been unable to sell the place at auction and claim that the place is still our resposibility?!  What?  They said it is up to us(even having been kicked out and moved

That's BS. If they foreclosed, it's their responsibility to take care of the landscaping.
