We got a new video camera so we could have baby videos to look back on later in life. Jin took the first video with me in the shot today.. My first thought when I saw it was "God I have gotten fat!!!" since I had a baby 5 months ago, I don't really blame myself or any one thing for it. I am thinking of reopening my etsy store again. I closed it about five months ago just before I had my sweet baby Yuna. I had been planing on reopening it a month later, but had to postpone due to several emergency hospital visits due to complications and no enough healing. Forget earlier post
Well, we have finally run out of ideas to save our home. The bank has given us two options: Foreclosure after paying them every penny we have, or we keep what money we have and let the house forclose now. They have had thier fun stringing us along with promise after promise of a re-finance and now they have decided they would rather take our ( Read more... ) -
Question.
Has anyone here ever sold thier house "by owner"? Did you save any money by not having to pay a realtor? Was it harder without a realator?
I'm asking because my husband and I need to sell our house. This will be our first time as sellers and we are not really sure what we need to do.
Any suggestions? -
