Watching NIKITA and enjoying it lots. For a CWTV show, the fan service is relatively low. And talk about a spy show being headlined by not one, but two women. Bad-ass

OMG we totally had to watch the original La Femme Nikita film in French class! I remember being slightly traumatized because it was super violent, and frankly with the French there's no line when it comes to messing with your audience's mind. Totally didn't know they expanded it into a show!
I think French film-makers have a no-holds mentality that the USians don't. Nikita has been expanded into 2 TV shows that I know of, as well as a US remake. :D You should check out the current CW one. It is headlined by Maggie Q and another woman and has the relationship between two strong women as the foundation of the story. Sort of like Xena but with technology instead of magic and spies instead of Greek gods. :D
