So my firm had me do a mock deposition yesterday. I couldn't help myself; I was a bitch to the witness. She avoided my questions and was a bitch to me. So I responded in kind. I was neither rude nor did I raise my voice. However, I wasn't the nice, sweet lawyer either. I cut her off once during the interview because she was just repeating the same
