Bad news of the day
Here is some shitty news to get on the eve of a holiday...
My stepfather has cancer. He kept getting bloody noses so my mom harrassed him into going to the doctor,
they thought he had nasal polyps an did surgery on 10.05.05. they found a very rare cancer. He has had one sugery, and is going in for another in a week or two.
I will know more after I talk to my mom tomorrow on the phone. The drug she has been taking was kicking in and she was a bit loopy tonight. She is taking the advair(?) because she has been having panic attack when she tries to sleep over all of this.
My mother the rock. I am scared for her and the girls. They are too young for ideas like.." as long as it hasn't reached his brain it's pretty survivable" to ever come into play!
