Well, there are two answers to this question: one genetic and the other social. As for the genetic one, let us suppose for the sake of the example that homosexuality is a recessive trait (I'm not entirely sure if it is, but I would suspect that it is with my limited knowledge of genetic theory). This would mean that the genetic code for homosexuality would be represented a "hh" and not "HH" or "Hh" (capital letters for dominant alleles and lower case for recessive). So a completely straight person may very well have the genotype (genetic type mark) of "Hh" because they would need to be "hh" to be homosexual. So if two straight people reproduced and both were "Hh" then there is a 25% chance that their offspring will be "hh" and therefore homosexual.
As for the social aspect, there are surprisingly alot of gay men and women who do reproduce either by accident or by choice sometimes. This is often the result of sexual confusion or not coming to terms with their sexuality getting pregnant or impregnating.

Hope that helps.
