New phone plan

Hi all,

This is for those who have my phone #.  I have changed my plan to the 1 minute a year plan, JK, but its really really really low on the minutes.  I also have no texting, in that i will pay to recieve and send out texts, so i will not be doing that any more.  
I wanted to let everyone know.  I will try to communicate more on email. However

Is it still free in network? I have Verizon too and can call you from my cell if that will help.
