A funny story about jellyfish.. M and I went to an Asian wedding last summer where they served like 10 courses at the reception, of which 7 were seafood. M won't eat seafood - thinks it's the grossest thing ever so the poor guy was hungry most of the night. Anyway, the 1st course was what looked like a plate of rice noodles but when we bit into them they were rubbery and pickled - kind of like pickled cabbage. M ate some and then later that evening someone told us it was jellyfish and M almost tossed his cookies right then and there. It was a priceless moment. ;)
