No tooth left behind!

So I guess that wasn’t the mantra of the dentist who over 10 years ago removed my wisdom teeth. Apparently he left behind a chunk of tooth. Said fragment lived happily in my gum for 10 years, then I guess it missed getting attention and decided to become abscessed. LOVELY! So now I have to go to an oral surgeon to remove my little tooth

yeah that the odd part, it doesn't really hurt at all. not since the abcsess burst.

Though i may need some 'insurance' energy, because according to my insurance provider, they have a total of ONE oral surgeon and they are saying that they're not a provider.... HUH???
