None of my bridesmaids read this, so. What is a good gift for a bridesmaid gift? I want something that they can actually use. The dresses are jewel red, if that helps. I was thinking of having hand made bracelets, but it doesn't seem enough (the bracelets are inexpensive). Any ideas?

I gave mine their dresses. Never seemed fair to me that bridesmaids should have to pay for the "privilege" of buying a dress they can never wear again. I also tried for garments they could wear again, at least as separates.

My SIL required her bridesmaids to wear black - after that it was up to the women what they chose. She gave them pearl&goldchain necklaces: about 2" of thin gold chain between each of about a dozen pearls.

At the time, I wasn't able to do that. I wish I could have. Not sure I can afford pearls, either. hmm.
