I really hope the next chapter comes out soon! This chapter tugged at my heart like whoa. Council, you have signed your own destruction. I hope it hurts.

Cripes! The council is going to find out exactly what they shouldn't do to Optimus Prime!

I loved Jazz's question about prior to the war, something simple, yet more than complex.

Oh yeah. Optimus is feeling very much pissed right now, and with good reason. The Council will get what they're asking for.

One of the best pieces nof writing I've ever read!

That last sentence of Prime's made me shiver in apprehension for what's to come... Prime is smart, it was only a matter of time before he figured out what was happening. All the details you used to protray their conflicts make it even more real (for example Optimus' past as a historian/archivist).

When Jazz stood there wishing he could give Prowl that simpler life, I almost cried for the two of them.

I can hardly wait for the next chapter of this story!

Yes, this is Primes army.They are fighting the war, not the Council and they pay the price when something goes wrong. Not anymore. Not of OP could help it ;) Prowl and Jazz are about to see that there is more to their leader then they originally though :)

Yeah, it's tragic what the war has made them suffer through :(

Fascinating. I love how you're weaving this story together. It's very exciting to read, and I'm glad Optimus is actually figuring out who's doing what and is going to take action, just as Jazz and Prowl are taking action right themselves.
