So for the past month I've been trying to set up an account with the US Postal Service's Web Tools, one aspect of which is the ability to pass their server a list of "dirty" addresses (i.e., addresses that were entered by your grandma into a web form; misspelled, mangled, etc.) and their server will hand back the "official" forms of those addresses ( Read more... )

If you only have a few addresses to do, or if you don't mind webscraping a bit, the Find a Zip Code form does the same thing and can be hit with libwww or equivalent.
