Blue tape is better than red tape

This morning we met with the builder to do the walk-through inspection.  Flagged various imperfections and marks with blue tape, and took note of the few other more major concerns (like the fact that both light switches in the master bedroom seem to control the fan lights...)

The appointment to close is set for this next Thursday at 4 PM.  Woot.

heh, cool! Congrats :) Hopefully nothing too major came up. My friends here are set to move in at the end of the month. They closed... last week, maybe?
