Fall!

While walking around outside yesterday evening while running some errands with eliset we both observed that it was windy and slightly chilly; the low-hanging clouds that filled the sky (the kind that reflect light pollution in interesting ways) gave us the first sense that fall is upon us. Today it's been overcast, cool, and vaguely foggy all day

I love the fall.

I like fall, too. Maybe it's a vestigial remnant of that back-to-school feeling, or an even more vestigial remnant of the "harvest is done, summer's over, now we can sit around and play games all winter while trying to keep warm".
