Well the snow really lasted this time didn't it?  I'd rather it than bloody hail.  Fell asleep on the couch, woke up and nearly lost a sodding eye when a bloody big lump of hail came hurtling towards me from nowhere.  It's pissing it down too so I'm soaked to the skin but hey, it's still better than it would be at school, right?  And there aren't

I managed not to lose any fingers. From the cold any way. Nearly lost them from the hail...it's murder.

It's crazy! I've not seen anything like it at all and I've had to put my wand in a drawer in case it gets snapped.

Hiding in a closet from the hail? I think people reckon I did enough of that a few years back in school.

In a completely undignified way ... under the beds don't appear to be quite as wet. Although the hail has a tendency to bounce under, you just have to avoid it.
