“I was hoping you’d be, you know, you,” Sirius said.

“Honestly, it never occurred to me that you, Albus that is, would be you.

*squees wildly* This is just getting better and better! I was so worried that Sirius was going to stomp off in a huff - and then oh, James, of course he was with him in Azkaban. Oh, those boys *loves*

This was great! I love, love, LOVE the fact that James was with him in Azkaban! I was thinking of playing with that in future fics, but with Alphard/Oscar, too.

And you did a wonderful job with the conflict between Sirius and Severus. I really appreciated James' speech there and I had one of those "Guh!" moments when Severus used Sirius' first name. In fact, the way that he treated Sirius in general was really fitting for a Snape who had changed. Yes, there was still the sarcasm, but it's now so much more... gentle. It sort-of goes to show you what Snape could have been!

But, oh, I cannot wait for the next part - even though I have a fear that Sirius being Albus will freak out Remus.
