SO today I hit some traffic on 17 in Middletown coming home from work JUST before the ramp to get onto 84...  so I kind of went over to the right side to go around everyone and ride in the exit lane to get onto 84... ONLY to be stopped by a cop and some fire police people standing infront of 6 road cones blocking the ramp to get onto 84. EFF. so I
