Went to see a couple of films at the GFF the other night, both of which I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would. I think most people are too timid to take Mr J on about anything :-) He's a bit of a man mountain with a good schooling in violence!

Religulous sounds every bit as good as I hoped it would be when I read your link. Hopefully I'll catch it at the Filmhouse in April.

I guess NTK will be on at the EFF. Sounds like I thought it would - slick but lacking in some aspects. Weirdly, its premier was at an Isa and the Filthy Tongues (I think they are on the soundtrack...ex Goodbye Mr MacKenzie) concert at a small club in Edinburgh a few weeks back. Very low key compared to "16 years of alcohol" which was the gala film of the EFF a few years back.

Still waiting on L***'s shifts for next week so I don't yet know what night I'll be free to maybe come through. She has not had a Thursday off yet so might be Thursday I'd come through if that'd be any good?

Yes, Thursday or any night would be fine by me. Don't know about Rowan, Steff or anyone else.
