Cake of a week ago was a success (we celebrated iterinfinitum's birthday with it), and the cake I made this weekend (same coconut cake) also turned out, this time for Baby Benjamin's Baptism Bash

Cheeeeese! :) We had cheese for dessert at Thanksgiving dinner at my aunt's place. :) So very good. :)

Too bad about the meringue icing! Was the humidity higher the second time? I know that affects candy making... Glad the lime buttercream worked well, though. :)
